In September 2019 I moved to Fort Myers from Nebraska and within a month I had an engine light on, and my ?D? for drive light started flashing on my 2009 Honda CRV. I was wary of taking it to a dealer and found Superior Auto Care with honest reviews online. I made an appointment for October 26th and had the pleasure of meeting Miguel Gonzalez, the owner, who assured me the car was safe to drive, then cleared two of the three codes related to the diagnosis of the vehicle. Mr. Gonzalez reported that I needed a 2nd clutch transmission pressure valve replaced. Mr. Gonzalez and his wonderful staff installed this part on my next day off and added quarts of transmission fluid to the car ensuring the cars longevity I am sure. I have an appointment on the 23rd for new spark plugs as the car has 122000 miles on it. While I was in the office, I witnessed Miguel loan a customer his personal truck, this customers service would take some time and Miguel did not want his customer to be inconvenienced. Another customer came in to offer to pay for hoses that Miguel had ordered for the customer?s car. The hoses were the right order, yet Miguel felt that they were not of a suitable quality to install on a customer?s car; Miguel declined to take this customer?s money and said ?inferior parts are sometimes the cost of doing business, I won?t pass this cost on to you?. Miguel and his staff did a professional, cost efficient, accurate repair on my car. He was kind and ethical with other customers in my presence. I am grateful that whatever the future brings I know exactly whom to trust my car to going forward. I looked everywhere for an honest mechanic with affordable prices and he was recommended to me by my friends. I was very happy with the service he did on my Volvo convertible and my moms Toyota. He was quick too and since I work not too far he drove me to work and when the car was ready he picked me up. 5 star service for sure! :)

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer with a 4.0L SOHC engine. The engine developed a problem common with this engine at 150,000 miles where the timing chain guides became worn and made a lot of noise. The engine was not burning oil and I just wanted the guides and chains replaced. I searched for a year (not driving my car) for a mechanic that was experienced in performing this repair. Some mechanics I went to would not perform the repair and instead wanted to replace the engine. Other's quoted a price that was equal to installing a new engine. After speaking with Albert at this shop, I was confident that they could do the job and the did the quality work for half the price of others. I could not be happier with the result of the repair and the service I was given.

Miguel is absolutely incredible. I brought the car unannounced on Saturday and he happy began to inspect the car. He took the time to fully explain what was wrong with the car and offered same day work. I will be going to them for all repairs. Strongly recommend!!

After asking around for the best, most reliable place, I was so happy that I chose Brian's Complete Automotive. They work on ANY type of vehicle, were less expensive than other shops and were very speedy in getting my SUV back to me. Honest, trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by these days. Highly recommended.

Called Miguel on a rear brake issue on my 2015 Ford Edge. Expecting I would have to make a appointment, he said to bring it over and he'd take a look at it. Long story short within 3 hrs I had new rear brakes and rotors and back on the road. Without a doubt, the best service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop. It pains me to remove a star. These guys are incredible. Miguel was so attentive; he gave me his personal number, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Keep in mind that he works about 130 hours per week during season as you continue reading my review. I brought my truck in about 4 weeks ago. I told Albert, the shop manager, that I had about two weeks to get it done, so no rush. I became slightly concerned, however, when they hadn?t done anything with the truck after a full seven days. After about two weeks, they finally got started. However, I had to cancel RV park reservations and stay in a place that we didn?t want to be for longer than we intended. I dealt with a lot of stress arranging a backup car for the extended repair period. In the end, Miguel delivered the goods, and he threw in some parts and labor for free to compensate for the time I had to wait. I highly recommend the dedication and customer service of this shop, but if you need repairs done quickly during season, you might have to settle for a shop that?s less deservingly popular than Superior Auto Care.
